Yoga is a physical, mental, and spiritual practice originating from ancient India. It involves a series of physical postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and meditation. 

The purpose of yoga is to bring the body and mind into a state of balance, promoting physical and mental health. 

Practicing yoga can help improve flexibility, strength, posture, and reduce stress and anxiety. It is a low-impact form of exercise and can be a complementary practice for individuals receiving chiropractic care. 

By stretching and strengthening the muscles and improving posture, yoga can help alleviate and prevent spinal pain.

Class will be held every Monday from 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm at Clarksville Spine and Wellness. Please bring your own mat.
